Order Processing
Orders are processed in the order they are received. Processing typically takes 1–3 business days before an order is shipped. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if available.
Shipping Time
Please allow 10–20 business days (approximately 2–4 weeks) for your order to arrive. Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, weather, holidays, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Please allow the full 2–4 week delivery window before contacting us regarding a missing or delayed order. Orders that are still within the estimated delivery timeframe are not considered lost.
Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your package has not arrived after the full estimated delivery window (4 weeks), please contact our customer support team. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue.
If the package is confirmed to be lost in transit, we will, at our discretion, either:

Send a replacement item at no additional cost, or

Issue a full refund.
Non-Delivery Claims
Claims for orders that were not received must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. Claims submitted after this timeframe may not be eligible for a replacement or refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. Once approved, a refund will be issued.
If you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. Once verified, we will ship the correct item to you at no additional cost.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to be processed after it has been approved. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
